Yesterday whilst driving through Chapel, out of the corner of my eye I thought I saw young Thompson jogging past me. Not a positive identification but I carried on driving, only to see the luminescent high visibility image of one Fletcher C jogging along the footpath. Did this really happen or was it just another series of mid life amnesia images?

Well I saw Chris today and he did manage to drop into the conversation the fact that he had been for a 12 mile run yesterday.

In fact he mentioned it more than once!

My boy Chris has indeed joined the slightly rapid motion brigade in company with Paul. Energy is supplied by that favorite of the athletic classes.......Guiness and pies. I believe that a half marathon is in the offing.

it is true I was out running my Friend Mr P Thompson has entered us into the wilmslow 1/2 which takes place on the 28th March so get yourselves down there to show your support to phin pabs and phat fletch, it has killed me the last three months running in snow rain ice you name it Paul has made me run in it
